Account
How do I access my account?
You can log in to your account using your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. To log in, please use the e-mail address you used to register with DOAG. If you no longer know it, please contact our customer service.
Tickets
Where and when do I get my ticket?
After paying the invoice, you can view all your events via your account under "Tickets & Rooms", download your conference ticket and have it digitally scanned on site with your smartphone or tablet. To do this, select the relevant event and click on "Tickets and details". If you still prefer a physical ticket that also serves as a name badge, please print it out yourself in advance and bring it with you. We will provide you with suitable sleeves including a lanyard on-site. If you use your ticket on your smartphone, make sure that your smartphone is always sufficiently charged. You can find out how to access your account in the Account section (see above).
I can't download my ticket. What do I have to do?
Your ticket will be available to download via your account. If the ticket download has not yet been activated, this may be for the following reason: Has your ticket already been paid for? If this has not yet happened, please make the payment as soon as possible. You can also pay for your ticket on-site at the cash desk, although you should allow a little more time during peak times. Your ticket will only be activated once it has been paid for. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.
I would like to book several tickets for my colleagues. What do I need to do?
Ideally, your colleagues should book their tickets for the event themselves using their own accounts. If this is not possible, you can purchase any number of tickets and hotel rooms and then assign them to individual colleagues and manage the bulk order in your user account. A user account with us is required for ticket allocation – it is not possible without one. Your colleagues can register here and then view and edit their event information in their own account.
I booked tickets for several colleagues, but these tickets are not stored in their accounts. What can I do?
If you placed the order for your colleagues, you can manage the bulk order in your user account. Please note that the tickets will only be activated after payment has been made. If this step has already been completed, please contact our customer service.
Hotel
Where can I book my accommodation?
For DevLand, we have access to Europa-Park Rust with its fantastic adventure hotels El Andaluz and Castillo Alcazar. You can easily book your hotel room here via our shop.
Please note: Our order confirmation also serves as your hotel room booking confirmation. You will not receive a separate confirmation from the hotels. Simply give your name at the reception desk when you check in.
Where else can I stay if the adventure hotels are fully booked?
For further accommodation options, we recommend hotels and guesthouses outside the park. These hotels are not available through our shop and must be booked separately.
How do I get from the hotel to Europa-Park?
Europa-Park and Rust offer several transportation options to the park. You can find more information below under Shuttle Service.
Arrival
Where exactly does DevLand take place?
DevLand takes place at Europa-Park in Rust.
Europa-Park
Europa-Park-Str. 2
77977 Rust
What is the best way to get to Europa-Park and the hotels?
You can reach Europa-Park by car via the A5 motorway (exit 57b Rust). Follow the exit and you will drive directly to the Europa-Park Resort. The hotels are nearby and signposted.
Europa-Park Rust is located in the middle of the border triangle of France, Germany, and Switzerland and is surrounded by various airports. We recommend that you continue your journey here by train (to Ringsheim/Europa-Park and then by bus, see below) or by rental car.
- Germany:
- Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (64km)
- Stuttgart (175km)
- Black Forest Airport Lahr (20km)
- Frankfurt (240km)
- Bodensee-Airport Friedrichshafen (189km)
- Swiss:
- EuroAirport Basel (90km)
- Zürich (186km)
- France:
You can travel comfortably to Europa-Park by train. The station is called Ringsheim/Europa-Park.
From there, public transport bus line 7231 runs to Europa-Park and its resorts (Bell Rock, Colloseo, El Andaluz, Alcazar, Santa Isabel, and Krønasår). You can find the detailed timetable with all departure times here. A separate transport ticket is required.
Visa
I need a visa. Can you help me with that?
If you require a visa to travel to Germany, we can provide an official confirmation letter after the purchase of a valid conference ticket. This letter confirms your registration for the event and may be used as supporting documentation for your visa application.
Please note that the issuance of a confirmation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa. Visa decisions are made solely by the responsible embassy or consulate.
In the event that your visa application is denied, your ticket can be cancelled free of charge upon presentation of the official visa refusal notice.
If you require a confirmation letter, please contact our team via office@~@doag.org after purchasing your ticket and provide your ticket number together with the personal information required for the document.
Parking Lot & Charging Stations
Where can I park?
There are parking spaces directly in front of the Europa-Park Confertainment Center, which cost €29 per day. We therefore recommend that you use as a hotel guest the hotel parking spaces free of charge.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
There are four charging points at each of the Krønasår, Bell Rock, and El Andaluz hotels, and twelve charging points at the Colosseo hotel. In addition, there are two fast charging points at the Colosseo and Bell Rock hotels and between the Krønasår hotel and Rulantica.
Shuttle Service
How can I get from the hotel to DevLand conveniently?
Europa-Park and Rust offer several transportation options to the park.
Use the elevated train (Europa-Park Express) near the El Andaluz and Castillo Alcazar hotels free of charge every day to take you directly to the main entrance and thus to the Confertainment Center.
As space is limited, the Rust bus (see green route) will also take you to the park entrance free of charge (every 30 minutes). The Hotel Shuttle Resort (see blue route) shuttles back and forth between the hotels, allowing you to reach the other stops (every 15-30 minutes until midnight). You can find both timetables here. It lists all the stops, but stops 1 (Eatrenalin), 8 (Europa-Park main entrance), and 11 (hotels) are relevant for you.
In addition, free Europa-Park shuttles will run on Thursday evening (frequency: approximately every 7-15 minutes).
Alternatively, you can use the public transport bus 7231 (ticket purchase required) for a fee. The route and all departure times can be found here as a PDF.
Note: The schedule for the elevated train and the additional shuttles will be posted here in a timely manner.
Wardrobe & Lockers
Is there a wardrobe?
The wardrobe is located near the exhibition. It is also signposted there. You can find the exact location and opening hours on the park map. The lockers at the main entrance can be used for €1 per coin.
After checking out of the hotel, we kindly ask you to leave your luggage at the hotel until your departure, if possible.
